How to find clients and grow your business
How to find clients and grow your business. A masterclass for people struggling with commercial traction. For professionals, entrepreneurs and startups.
Without clients your business is essentially just a hobby. Finding clients (also known as "accessing markets") is one of the most crucial aspects of becoming and running a successful business yet one of the least invested in areas often because it appears too daunting and confusing a task for most entrepreneurs and business owners.
In this course you will learn what works and what doesn't to help you get commercial traction. I will turn you into a powerful lead generation machine.
This course is for:
What this course is not:
This is not a course on closing sales or improving your negotiating skills. It is not a social media marketing strategy course nor a pricing your services and products course. It is also not a sales team management course.
This is a course intensively focused to help you "access the markets" to get that mythical "foot in the door" which is often the biggest stumbling block in getting commercial traction (because you don't have visibility of opportunities outside your networks or aren't top of mind when opportunities are being discussed).
By the end of this course you will have a clear understanding of how the lead generation process works as well as the practical knowledge as well as have done the actual work to make this understanding work for your business.
Please note that this is not a "sit back and watch" course. I am not here to entertain you. I am here to help you get commercial traction. So expect substantial interactive material and hand holding, but you will still need to do the work. You will however be rewarded by seeing real, tangible and measurable progress in developing and deploying the knowledge immediately to your advantage.
Most lessons are designed to have the materials you will be creating from that lesson being able to be deployed immediately so they start working for you in the real world.
This is a course created on the back of my work supporting SMEs in over 83 countries as well as my over 27 years in business, both working for large corporates as well as serial entrepreneur.
The outcome of this course is to ensure you are not missing out on thousands of potential leads that are out there waiting to be tapped into and that you start or increase your lead generation efforts.
Please note that nothing in this course requires you to buy any tools or subscriptions etc. All the tools, suggestions etc are based on freely available resources which you will learn how to tweak to your advantage so that they generate leads 24/7 for you.
By the end of the course I am confident you will be a lean, mean, lead generation machine.
